You will need
  • Registration Card
  • Appointment slip
  • Health Insurance Card, etc.

Check-in using the Return Patient Check-in machine.

You cannot check-in using the Return Patient Check-in machine if you do not have an appointment.

1F: 5 machines near the General Information Desk and 1 machine next to the Health Insurance Card Check Counter
2F: 1 machine next to the Health Insurance Card Check Counter
You may not be able to check-in even with an appointment if your health insurance card has expired.Your new health insurance card must be verified. You must submit your health insurance card at the Health Insurance Card Check Counter, even when your health insurance card is verified by the Return Patient Check-in Machine and screen, and on your check-in slip.
